RACE BIB & SWAG PICKUP: Race Day: 5:00 to 6:00 PM, Hartford’s Camp Courant, 96 Batterson Park Road, Farmington, CT Download or print your own unique Check-in Pass before you get in line, just log in to your haku participant account. The pass can be downloaded and saved in your phone images or Apple Wallet, or printed out. Then visit the Registration & Bib Pick-up tent to get your race bib. | ||||
Your short sleeve technical race shirt will be available for pick up at the SWAG tent before the event. | ||||
PARKING / DIRECTIONS: All activities will take place in and around Camp Courant. There is plenty of parking available in the corporate center adjacent to the camp. Parking address: 74 Batterson Park Road, Farmington. RACE START: The 5K starts on Batterson Park Road, adjacent to the main entrance driveway to Camp Courant. The race start will consist of one corral with “Self Seed” pace per mile signs to assist with participant spacing. Timing mats located at the start will capture your net time. The last ½ mile of the course is on the Camp Courant trail system. Expect mud, rocks and roots. Run aware. RACE COURSE & SUPPORT: Police and course monitors will be on the course. However, the roads are open to local vehicle travel.
The Fitness Walk is open for everyone to join! The 1/2 mile scenic trail loop course is relatively flat and offers a fun tour of Camp Courant’s beautiful campus. It will start near the vehicle drop off circle on Camp Courant’s property. The Fitness Walk is untimed. Please do not litter on these beautiful courses! | ||||
POST RACE: Celebrate your accomplishment with fresh food, drink and music! 7:30 PM: Award Ceremony TIMING / RESULTS / AWARDS: This event is timed by Bay State Race Services and uses the B-Tag timing system (timing chip is attached to the back of the race bib). Please wear the race bib on the front of the shirt. All times are based on NET time (timing mats located at the start and finish). The Fitness Walk is untimed. Preliminary 5K results will be available onsite. Final results will be posted later in the day. RESULTS HMF FITKIDS: Online and on-site registration available until the run's start at 6:15 PM. On-site kids' race registration and bib pickup at the Registration & Bib Pick-up tent. Kids aged 2-11 can run a ½ mile race. All kids races are $12. Participants receive a finisher’s medal and custom race swag. COURSE: The Kids Fun Run will start and finish at the 5K & Fitness Walk finish line located on the back soccer field. The course will take place completely on Camp Courant’s property. | ||||
