Race Day, Saturday, July 18: 7:30 to 8:30 AM, Keney Park South – Woodland Street Entrance off of Greenfield St, Hartford, CT.
Speed up your bib pick-up experience with your Check-In Pass, download it from your haku participant account and save in your phone images or Apple Wallet. (Milestone members, use your 2026 Milestone pass as your check-in pass for all events, accessible from your haku participant account)
Adult and youth 5K and 1 Mile participants can pick up their short sleeve shirt at the T-shirt tent before the event - you may only pick up the size selected in your race registration. Shirt sizes are limited and exchanges will be available after the finish on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note: No baggage check available on race day.
All activities will take place in the southern portion of Keney Park, adjacent to the Woodland Street Entrance off of Greenfield Street.
The 5K and 1 Mile will start in the same location and time and will consist of one corral with “Self Seed” pace per mile signs to assist with participant spacing. The two courses will travel together for the first 1/2 mile.

Walkers welcome! 5KCourse limit is 1 hour and 25 minutes. To finish within these time limits 5K participants must maintain a pace of approximately 27:25 minutes per mile. 5K Course Map
Throughout the day, the community is invited to enjoy a variety of free fitness activities, crafts and giveaways as well as food and live entertainment.

Preliminary results will be available onsite.This event is timed by Bay State Race Services and uses the B-Tag timing system with timing chip attached to the back of the race bib. Please wear the race bib on the front of the shirt. All times are based on NET time (timing mats located at the start and finish). Final results will be posted later in the day. RESULTS
All FitKids runs at the MOVE! event are FREE. Parents/escorts accompanying their children may run for free. All children must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian to participate. Waivers are signed during the registration process. Online kids' race registration is available through race morning, with on-site registration and bib pickup at the Registration & Bib Pick-up tent.
Kids aged 2-11 can run ¼ mile and ½ mile races. The kids run will start in the same location as the 5K and 1 Mile, under the arch.
