Both the Fitness Walk and 5K will travel together for the first 0.5 miles.

5K Course: The course begins adjacent to the TPC River Highlands practice facility before heading out and back through quiet Cromwell neighborhoods and along the picturesque fairways of the legendary TPC River Highlands golf course. The start will consist of one corral with “Self Seed” pace per mile signs to assist with participant spacing. All 5K participants should line up in the front, ahead of the walkers.

The 5K course limit is 1 hour and 20 minutes. To finish within these time limits you must maintain a pace of approximately 27 minutes per mile.

Fitness Walk: The walk will start in the same location as the 5K, directly in front of the First Tee building, and will consist of one corral with “Self Seed” pace per mile signs to assist with participant spacing.

Police and course monitors will be on the course. However, the roads are open to local vehicle travel.
