RACE BIB & SWAG PICKUP: 8:30 – 9:30 AM, Town Hall Parking Lot, West Hartford, CT Bibs were mailed to all participants that registered by November 26, 2023. Only go to the Registration & Bib Pick-up tent if you did not receive your bib in the mail. If you registered after November 26, download or print your own unique Check-in Pass before you get in line by logging in to your haku participant account. The pass can be downloaded and saved in your phone images or Apple Wallet, or printed out. | ||||
Then visit the Registration & Bib Pick-up tent to get your race bib from 8:30 – 9:30 AM. Registered participants can pick up their beanie at the SWAG tent. Participants must show race bib to pick up their swag on race day. Late registration will be available at Registration & Bib Pick-up. Payment by credit card or Apple Pay only. | ||||
PARKING / DIRECTIONS: Pre-race activities will take place on the lawn, east of the West Hartford Town Hall, with the race starting on the adjacent Burr Street. The finish line and post race festivities will take place in the heart of Blue Back Square on Isham Road. Parking details can be found HERE. RACE START: The race start will consist of one corral with “Self Seed” pace per mile signs to assist with participant spacing. The race will start just south of Town Hall on Burr Street, heading east. RACE COURSE & SUPPORT: MARKINGS:

Please do not litter on the beautiful course! HMF FITKIDS RUN: All FitKids runs are $12. Parents/escorts accompanying their children may run for free. Online registration available through race morning starting at 8:30 AM at the Registration & Bib Pick-up tent. Kids aged 2-11 can run ½ mile or 1 mile races. All kids receive a fun finisher’s award and a warm winter beanie. FitKids runs start at the 5K Start line on Burr Street and end on Isham Road near the gazebo at the 5K Finish Line in Blue Back Square. TIMING / RESULTS / AWARDS: Please wear the race bib on the front of the shirt. All times are based on starting gun time. Preliminary results will be available onsite. Final results will be posted later in the day. RESULTS POST RACE: 10:45 AM – 12:00 PM: Blue Back Square Gazebo, Isham Road, West Hartford Celebrate your amazing accomplishments together with music, grab & go snacks including Bakery On Main and delicious sugar cookies and hot chocolate provided by Stop & Shop. 11:30 AM: Award Ceremony | ||||
THIS EVENT BENEFITS: In the spirit of holiday season giving, collections will be taken for NEW winter hats, gloves, and mittens to benefit neighbors in need. The HMF Merchandise tent will be open from 8:30 AM until 11:30 AM in the pre-race area at the West Hartford Town Hall. Choose from a selection of festive hoodies and tees for adults and youth. Pre-orders will be available for pickup at the tent. | ||||
